Artists/Standard Editions: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being fulfilled. Your order will be cancelled and a refund initiated to the original payment method used. (This can take upto four days dependant on the payment method used but is usually much quicker.) If PayPal was used to make payment and 180 days have elapsed, you will be refunded minus any transaction fees we have incurred. 

Deluxe/Lettered Editions: May only be cancelled within 28 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason. Your order will be cancelled and a refund initiated to the original payment method used. (This can take upto four days dependant on the payment method used but is usually much quicker.) If you request to cancel a pre-order after the 28 day period has elapsed we do not offer a refund.

In accordance with 'distance selling' law and regulations If you receive a book from us which you believe has been damaged or is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have 14 days to return the book to us for a replacement/refund. We are obliged by UK law to cover the cost of 'standard delivery' return postage, if the item is returned via expedited, couriered or via a method which is more expensive we are obliged to cover standard return delivery fees only, the excess being covered at the customers expense.
